How is the cost of my SmartPlan calculated?

The annual cost of each service in the SmartPlan is determined based on the size and type of your property. Once you’ve selected your services, you can check our pricing page which outlines the annual cost of each service. We then apply a discount of up to 25% based on the number of services you’ve chosen, calculate the total cost, and divide this into 12 smaller monthly direct debit payments.
