A new Fire Risk Assessment will also be required if the property were to have building work or sizeable alterations made to it.
The task will aim to identify potential hazards and items that could be dangerous in the event of a fire or be the cause of an outbreak. Written proof and evidence of this will also be required, meaning there is no way of swerving this responsibility!
