The team were recently called out on an emergency call to a property in Swindon, England. The customer was experiencing issues with one of the property’s Nurse Call pull chords, meaning the occupier was unable to alert anyone in the event of an emergency. This was a matter of urgency as it left the person occupying the property in a vulnerable state and without peace of mind.

Our Solution
Whilst at the property, we tested the cord and found it had been pulled out of the button which activates the call. We then re-attached the cord to the button and conducted various tests to ensure it was in full working order.
Calls to warden were tested on site before our team left the property.
