We were recently contacted by a property business owner in Cardiff who wanted to enhance the security of their business premises. After a discussion around the business’ needs and budget, we advised on an Intercom System, making them aware of the many intercom brands and installation options available to them.

As well as heightening security levels, intercoms also help business owners to keep a handle on how many people are in the building as well as ridding of the need for keys to be cut and looked after.

After much discussion, the business requested the Twenty4 Fire and Security team to install an intercom system in the management office, allowing the management team to monitor access points and exits with ease. The business opted for a video intercom system which permits managers to access live footage of the property, 24 hours a day. After installing and commissioning the system, we provided a full demonstration, ensuring relevant team members knew how the device operated.
