One of our larger SmartPlan customers called out the team at Twenty 4 reporting an access control maintenance issue with the entrance door of their premises.
The door was not locking properly so it was quite an urgent job.
Urgent maintenance of the access control was needed
Our engineer was on site within an hour of the report and after a quick assessment, the problem was located. The NET2 software was causing the issue and our engineer set about fixing this issue. At the same time, he carried out some minor hardware adjustments and then made various checks to ensure everything was back to fully operational.
