We were recently contacted by a current client of ours based at Central Square, Cardiff. The customer requested an emergency call out to rectify an issue that they were experiencing with their access control system. After a sequence of power cuts, the customer had noticed that 5 of their access control doors were not operating correctly.

With access control systems being so important to a company’s security setup, we were eager to get to the premises quickly and ensure the equipment was back functioning.

We investigated the control panel and found the power supply had failed due to frequent power surges. We then sourced and replaced the power supply, making sure the client could secure the doors properly.
