A customer’s home burglar alarm was displaying a fault message and would not work so they called out Twenty4 to solve the problem.

One of Twenty4’s domestic customers had a fault displaying on their state of the art Texecom home burglar alarm system. We were called out to investigate the issue and put it right.

As with all our professional grade systems the error code tells our skilled engineers where to start looking for the problem and in this case it was displaying a charger fault which indicates a battery issue.
