Fire Extinguisher Maintenance
Following a recent move and a pre-agreed fire risk assessment that was carried out by one of our assessors, it was noted that routine servicing was due on the new premises fire extinguishers. A couple of points were raised by the fire risk assessor including the positioning and that they were overdue to be serviced.
The other point raised was that some new fire safety signage was needed all of these minor issues were noted and put into a report for the customer.

That same week, contact was made to diarise an engineer visit to resolve these issues and ensure our client was fully compliant.
All the fire extinguishers underwent routine maintenance which included servicing them and some were repositioned on the advice of the fire risk assessment. Our engineers also put up new fire safety signage.
The client is now booked in for next year’s annual maintenance visit, and so can rest easy!
