Project Description
Intruder Alarm Maintenance
One of our existing SmartPlan customers had their routine preventative maintenance visits for their intruder alarm. With many thousands of pounds worth of stock on the forecourt and sensitive customer information in the office, it is vital that if ever needed the intruder alarm works perfectly. The idea is definitely one of prevention is better than cure.
Preventative visit for a check on the intruder alarm system
The idea or preventative visits is that an expert engineer can inspect all aspects of the intruder alarm system and flag up any issues. As a SmartPlan customer, this is done on a regular basis and includes checking and cleaning every sensor throughout the system. Back up batteries for the intruder alarm are also checked. All outputs to the receiving centre are also checked to ensure the system is in top working order and when triggered will work. Finally, the control centre itself is checked and the setting and un-setting procedure checked to ensure that is working properly too.
The report from the engineer is sent back to Twenty-4 HQ so that it can be sent out to the client later and the next visit booked into the diary.
